The evening began with our favorite host Brittany Hughes inviting TopTier Trader founders, Cue Banks and Anthony Williams, to share their personal stories of triumph and challenge as traders. They reminded us that TopTier Trader's core is more than just trading; it’s about creating opportunities for those who dare to dream.
Cue Banks looked back on his decade-long journey in the trading space, stressing the value of giving back and helping others transform their lives. Anthony Williams shared his own path of dedication and persistence, highlighting the power of resilience in achieving trading success. Their shared focus on TopTier's mission set the tone for the remainder of the Keynote.

Brittany Hughes then introduced President Jamal Hollingsworth and COO/Co-founder Nicolas Castillo. Each shared their unique journeys, showing off the diverse yet unified vision that drives the company.
Jamal Hollingsworth had the crowd hooked with his story of jumping from sales and marketing into trading, and how he never stopped pushing to be the best. Nicholas Castillo took us back to the early days, sharing the ups and downs - from trying to convince banks that the business model was legit, all the way to popping champagne over their first million-dollar payout.
Celebrating Success Stories at TopTier Trader Keynote
One of the highlights was the unveiling of our top traders’ stories, each one a testament to the transformative power of trading.
Josh Barnes, a college dropout burdened with debt, discovered prop firm trading and paid off all his debts within months. Within a short time, Josh was receiving payouts of over $100,000 in a single month from TopTier Trader.
Another star of the show was Andres Valdes, who moved from Colombia to the U.S. five years ago.
